If you prefer to schedule outside of business hours, a $50 fee will be applied. Expect a response within 72 business hours to finalize your booking. BOOKING POLICY
Upon booking a service, you must respond to your availability email with your chosen date within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in store credit for the amount paid, as no refunds are issued once booked. You can reschedule for free up to 3 days before your service. Cancellations the day before or on the day will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. If you decline to pay this fee, you will receive store credit for the original service, usable on any other product or service.
