No Refund Policy​

At Pumzika Wellness, all service bookings are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been booked.

If you need to cancel your service, you may do so within one (1) week of the booking date to receive a full refund. After this one-week window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, you are welcome to:

• Reschedule your service for another available date, or

• Receive a credit in the amount of your original booking, which may be applied toward future services, events, or products offered by Pumzika Wellness.

All reschedule or credit requests must be communicated in writing via email to our team prior to your scheduled service date.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
